Actress Pauley Perrette who plays "Abbey Sciuto" on the CBS hit show NCIS, is asking fans via twitter to petition and ask for actor Daniel Louis Rivas to play Abby's little brother. 
A petition has been made to express this by a fan, and is approved by Pauley.
